Our Verdict

BJs.com sometimes has really good sales on giftcards online, so hopefully we see that this month. Normally an online membership will cost $10.

Welp… my free online membership expired 09/2019, so this was completely useless. And I guess I’m now ineligible to use the “free 3 month membership” offers that I get in the mail.

It also didn’t auto renew… I think I took the card off the account to prevent auto renewal or something? Or maybe it kept my “no auto renewal” preference from years ago when I had a regular membership.

This should work nicely with the Amex offer for 15% off at select online superstores.

Just a heads-up, BJ’s offers a 3 month regular membership for $0 – they advertise in the Valpak or coupon clipper/local paper in my area. Guess it all depends on your access to a club if this is a better deal. I haven’t tried either, online or local.

Cabela’s gift cards are on sale. $75 for $59.99 (3- $25 denomination). If you order online you’d be able to get 5% cashback with Discover/PayPal this quarter

will let you know ahead when they start charging you next year? At least they should, right?

According to them;
“We’ll notify you prior to your Membership expiring that we will charge your Membership fee to the credit or debit card you authorize.“

Anyone having issues using the link. It doesn’t do anything once you click submit

Yes I have the same issue. Tried multiple times on different browsers and devices, all the same.

Looks like if you register, you will be in auto renewal, and there is no option on their website to cancel the auto renewal, so you need to remember to call to cancel.

You cannot cancel online. Just keep that in mind.
