Did this yesterday, using drive up services. Pretty painless. Target’s version also has spend 75+ and get a 20 dollar gift card. I was in and out less than 7 minutes.

How is it compared with Costco, pricewise?

Bounty papertowel:
Target (buy 2 to get $15 giftcard and 5% off red card): $1.67/100 sheet or $0.038/sq ft
Costco: $2.22/100 sheet or $0.041/sq ft
Target is 33% cheaper than Costco. So this is a good deal.

Target discounted price vs Costco standard price?

actually i took the discounted price from Costco as well. It’s $32.99 vs $27.39. But at $27.39, Target is still 33% cheaper than Costco with the current promo. Well the in-store pricing Costco cults will start tearing me down with the barely worth it in-store discount.

I will most likely be getting attacked or called a Hitler supporter for saying Costco is more expensive…

It’s really annoying that you can no longer take advantage of this offer without using same day delivery using Shipt.

It’s almost as annoying as needing to scan every item you buy to see if their online price is cheaper.

I’m pretty sure you can do pickup in store. At least that’s what I did last time they had this kind of deal. Their pickup in store was painless, unlike Walmart’s.

yea i took advantage of this deal yesterday and chose to pick up items instore. im a fan of the process- it usually takes 30-60 minutes for them to gather a dozen items or so. Pickup process is very quick and i got my $15 GC shortly after completing the order

That is annoying. Charging in-store shoppers extra to squeeze more out of them? I’ve noticed this mainly in clothing. Walmart is guilty of the same thing – I like to buy kids clothes there but it’s often cheaper online. Feels pretty stupid and wasteful. So instead of me buying the item in store, an employee picks out the item, and then a driver goes and delivers it to my house.
