I never received my credit either, when i called costumer service they said I didn’t click on the right link.

Gustavo Ramirez They kept changing their excuse for me. First, I didn’t click the link. Then it was because I got a renewal rather than signing up for a new account. Then it was because I signed up for another offer and couldn’t combine the two. I just gave up after that.

James Bond I had more luck opening a BBB ticket and CFPB ticket. I didn’t get the outcome I wanted, but they didn’t just say I didn’t click the link like their customer service told me.

I smell a class action lawsuit brewing over these. Discover is usually decent customer service but the company can be quite deceitful sometimes
