Our Verdict
I believe the regular signup offer is just $40, and we may have seen it once as go as high as $200. The current $225 is probably the highest ever and a nice cash bonus. A lot of people might also be interested in the card for the ongoing spend offers which the card constantly sends out. Please read Citi Sears Credit Card – What You Need To Know for more information.

Just received an offer of a $75 statement credit for spending $750 in online purchase from 5/15 to 6/14. I have been receiving and completing a lot of offers in the last few months. Wonder if doing the offers keeps them coming
How long does it usually take for the points from these offers to post? I made a $500+ purchase that posted nearly a month ago and I’m still waiting for the $75. I have only received the base 1% (5000 points aka $5) so far.
The $75 from the SUB is not points. It’s a statement credit. Statement credits are always backdated to the start of each statement so scroll down in your recent transactions to look for it or check last month‘s statement.

Received a “correction” email yesterday. Revised offer terms are: Earn a $50 statement credit each month when you use your Shop Your Way Mastercard® to make 6 eligible purchases each month of $75 or more each. I took advantage of the 0% APY promo that was offered to me on this card. Once my balance became high relative to my credit limit, I no longer received spend promo emails on the 15th. The last offer I had received was on 9/15/24 (earn $30 statement credit for $500 or more on online purchases)
I paid off the balance early this February and today received the following offer:

I haven’t gotten that good of one ever. Lucky you 🙂 I’ve noticed they tend to send spend offers (not online spend) on the first of the month.

Yes my husband got the same offer. Though it’s confusing because the big headline text says up to $120 credits but the text says max 2 credits per month so that would be a total of $240 if useable twice each month over the three months. And the chart below is confusing because it clearly lists being able to get two credits but then says the max able to be earned is $40. I’m going to do two test transactions and see if two credits post and then I’ll try that again next month and see if only one posts or two.

My husband also has the offer for 10% credits after spending $750-$800 in the month so this will be an awesome stack!
Regarding the text I quoted below, my first interpretation was that we can earn $40 X 3 = $120 over the course of a 3 month period. Furthermore, they are allowing two of those $40 credits to occur within the same statement cycle.

Like you, I plan to do two each month for the first two months and see what happens. Fingers crossed for the $240 total.

Well, I just received an email titled “Correction. Open now for the correct offer terms.”
The offer was significantly downgraded:

I also took advantage of the 0% APR on both my and my husband’s cards but paid them off recently once they maxed and now building back up again. I don’t want to lose out on the rewards opportunities just for 6% HYSA money. Also, both of our cards got CLIs last month which was sweet!

Thinking about applying for this card. However I mainly buy things at the physical store and wonder if I can still benefit from the periodic subs.
For those that have had the card, what percentage of offers require online spend?
There’s a specific “online shopping” offer. It stacks with any of the other offers, but the GGR offer (Gas, Groceries, Restaurant) offer and others are not online specific.
