Our Verdict
They seem to run this twice per year. The most interesting deal is the $10 off $20 for Prime members. Starbucks $10 off $20 during the final week will likely be popular as well. The other deals will be useful to some as well.

The deals listed are pretty useless for me, but the app is also showing me offers at other restaurants that are more useful (maybe just a coincidence, and maybe some of the offers (like BOGO free) have been around for a while, but I saw at least one today for a restaurant that didn’t previously have an offer).

Not sure if it is part of the deal, but I just got free first year of Grubhub+ offer on three of my expired Grubhub+ from Amazon free trial.
Most of my other old Grubhub accounts (not from Amazon trial) have the offer for first year Grubhub+ for $30.

Didn’t care much for the movie but I know the scene and been a fan of buscemi since I first saw him in Desperado. Every time I drink some cheap ass warm mexican beer, I feel like I’m him.
I stand corrected.
California already adds Driver’s benefit fee of 2$ for all the orders. And Grubhub kind of keeps default tipping to zero at least for me.
IIRC last time, the $10 off $20 for Prime members only applied to orders with delivery; pick-up was ineligible for the promo and therefore the discount was effectively much smaller. It may be the case this year as well (TBD)
