American Express are currently allowing Hilton Surpass cardholders to refer friends and receive a 20,000 point bonus per bonus they refer. The people that you sign up will also get 100,000 points after $3,000 in spend within the first three months of card membership. This isn’t as good as the recent offer of 100,000 points plus a free weekend night after your first year card anniversary.

I’d also recommend you read through these things everybody should know about American Express credit cards before applying. I’d also probably just wait for the better offer to come back.
