Care to elaborate? I’ve never had a problem. The only issue we have with TCP is that twice now we’ve placed an order with a GC, later receiving an email that the item(s) is(are) OOS and then it’s a PITA to get a refund. But I’ve never had one zeroed out for no reason.
A few years ago I walked through downtown Cleveland and didn’t get robbed, so that shows that no one ever gets robbed in downtown Cleveland? There have been numerous reports of the Childrens Place gift cards getting balanced out and the Children’s Place refusing to replace them, just because it didn’t happen to you, doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.

Even on amazon review some said the balance was zeroed out before they used it. Neither amazon nor tcp will replace it. Unbelievable!
