- The Promotional Code expires February 28, 2019.

- If the restaurant detail page specifies who fulfills delivery, then Promotional Code only applies to orders with delivery fulfilled by Amazon (look for “delivery fulfilled by Amazon” on the restaurant detail page). Orders delivered by the restaurant do not qualify for this offer.

- Promotional Code does not apply to Daily Dish, Amazon Gift Cards, digital content, alcohol or to orders placed through voice shopping using Alexa.

- Offer limited to one per customer and account.
- The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is $12.
- Offer may not be combined with other offers.
- Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. Promotional Code discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your order. If your Amazon Restaurants order is canceled, refused, or returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the applicable item(s), subject to applicable refund policies. If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid.
Our Verdict
Most Prime members will make an Amazon purchase during January, regardless, so the qualification requirement is simple. Amazon gift card purchases and digital content won’t work, but almost anything else should do it.
I checked out one area and found a few restaurants which don’t have any delivery charge, even on small(ish) orders of around $8. Essentially, you should be able to get $12 off a ~$12 order if you are flexible with where you’ll order from. Note, however, that this $12 offer is only for restaurants delivered by Amazon, not those who fulfill themselves. I’m not seeing any of those with free delivery in the areas I checked, so you may end up having to swallow a ~$4 delivery fee to do this deal.
Amazon Restaurants is also showing a promo code: EAT2019 for $10 off your first order of $20+, which may work even for non-Prime. This $12 is a bigger discount and doesn’t require a minimum $20 order, so overall a better deal. (I assume the two deals won’t stack, and both are limited to first-time ordering customers.)

Looks nice
Its’s Available in Atlanta…but the choices (10 only ) around me aren’t so great and the fee’s are higher than all the competitors. They also show 50+ choices on the other apps. This could be a thing but it’ll need some time on the market to grow
7th largest city in the nation… not available in my area.
Note that Amazon restaurants is not in all areas. It does not exist in my metro area.
Right, I should note that in the post. I’ll add.
amazon taking over restaurant business, too?
