American Express Acquires Tock & Rooam (Dining Booking Platforms)

American Express has announced that it will acquire Tock from Squarespace and in a separate deal also acquire Rooam. Tock is a reservation, table and evenement management platform while Rooam is a technology company that powers mobile payments, ordering and integrations with point of sale, marketing and loyalty systems for restaurants and entertainment platforms. American Express has been busy in this space previously acquiring Resy in 2019.
