American Express has added another ‘pay with points’ partner in Boxed.com. You can now use your membership rewards points to pay for boxed purchases, unfortunately the rate you receive is still 0.7¢ per point so this isn’t something I’d recommend anybody actually do. I recently said the partnership they made with Expedia to offer the same functionality as useless and I maintain that position with this addition as well.
