American Express is sending out reimbursement checks for Platinum cardholders who were affected by a glitch causing them to miss out on their Uber credit for December 2018, reports Milestomemories.
Uber changed their credits system so that all Uber credits come up as Uber Cash. As part of the change-over, some people had issues with accessing those credits. To compensate, Amex is sending out a check for the $35 + interest.
I’m unsure if Amex is simply cutting a check to anyone who didn’t use December’s credit, or if there are select people who the system didn’t work for.
