[Expired] Amex Offers: ESPN+, Spend $49+ and Get $10 Statement Credit (Stack with $10 from TCB)

Deal has expired, view more AmEx offers by clicking here

Update: Readers point out that Topcashback is offering $10 for new ESPN+ signups.

The Offer

No direct link, check your Amex Offers to find this one

Get a one-time $10 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to make a single purchase of $49 or more online at plus.espn.com and via the ESPN mobile app for purchase of an ESPN+ yearly subscription plan by 12/7/2019.

The Fine Print

  • Offer valid online at plus.espn.com and via ESPN mobile app for purchases of ESPN+ yearly subscription plans.
  • Excludes ESPN Online Shop and Fantasy Store, ESPN Fantasy transactions, ESPN Insiders, ESPN the Magazine, Pay Per View purchases, and any third party billing used to register.
  • Purchases may not qualify if not billed directly by the merchant. For example, if you purchased your subscription through a third party device/digital platform, cable/wireless/internet provider, you may get billed by the party you signed up with, and not directly by the merchant.
  • If you are a new customer receiving a free trial, you may not be charged until the free trial period has lapsed.

Our Verdict

It’s sports season, and this offer might be useful to a lot of people. ESPN+ is currently running a special for $39.99 instead of $49.99 through September 11th. If you signup during this special, you won’t hit the $49 threshold to trigger the Amex Offer. Not sure if there are any add-ons you can do to trigger the offer.

I’m not finding a way to combine the Topcashback $10 off with the discounted $39.99 offer. Topcashback takes me to a page where the cost is $49.99. Anyone know how to combine these deals?

I don’t think you can, best bet is to get TCB + AMEX Offer then email them and see if they can credit you an extra 2.5 months because you overpaid vs the main offer

Yes, it worked. Got the confirmation emails from both AMEX and TCB, so $20 should be coming back to me.

I don’t have this offer. But I saw $10 on TCB yesterday that might stack with Amex offer.
