For the past few months, I’ve been noticing that the Reward Dollars on Amex Blue Cash cards have been taking time to post. It was slightly worrying until getting used to it.
Today, there’s a pop-up in the Amex login on all versions of the Blue Cash card which states that there’s system maintenance going on, and it may take up to 30 days after your statement closing date until the rewards show up.
The issue seems to be exclusive to the Blue Cash cards, not any other reward currencies. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.
Endpoint notes that it’s possible to get rewards accelerated by requesting it via chat or phone.
