Bank of Hawaii Alaska Airlines Atmos cards are available for application again. Best offers are as follows:
- Personal: 60,000 miles after $2,000 in spend within three months (there is a non working link for 80,000 with the same spend requirement)

These cards are issued by Barclays but through Bank of Hawaii which means Barclays underwriting and approval process applies.
