At the start of every month, I like to take a step back and thank all the readers who provided helpful comments the previous month. I also like to highlight the best comments from that month and to reward those readers who did leave one of the best comments. It gives me hope when people do the right thing and call out others like this. I know it might seem petty to some people but I don’t really enjoy moderating referral links, especially when people skirt the rules. I’d much rather spend that time making more useful content for the site and answering readers questions.
