Normally this is a 1:1 transfer rate, under this promotion it becomes a 1:2 transfer rate and a very attractive option for anybody with Bilt points.

Hawaiian Airlines has flat redemption rates. 30K points each way for JFK to HNL. 50K on Saturdays. So you can basically guarantee what you can use the points on.

No, but this combined with their 5x points (up to 50K points) in the first 5 days was a huge boon for the card. They could do this once a year and it would totally make the card worth it.
Jetblue for domestic coach might be interesting, as that category is usually so bad the shillers tend to ignore it except for a couple of sweet spots that get wiped out quickly.
