Black Friday / Cyber Monday Masterthread

This post has now been stickied, for newer posts keep scrolling. As we get closer to Black Friday/Cyber Monday there are more and more smaller deals/shopping deals coming through. We will use this post to keep those collected, bigger/more popular deals will still get a separate post and we will also keep updating our dedicated Amazon post as well. Links will contain our affiliate link. Newest deals will be posted at the top, if you see a deal that is no longer available let us know so we can strikethrough that deal. If you see something not listed that you think should be, let us know in the comments.

Not sure if you’ll see this but Dollar General has 15% off Gamestop gift cards. You can use this to purchase an Oculus Quest for $340 on Gamestop.com, this NEVER goes on sale so it’s really a great deal. Offer valid 12/1-12/7 at DG, In-Store ONLY.

The Ace Hardware coupon “Holiday19” is for 15% off, not $15 off an item $30 or more as shown above.

Samsung.com now has 20% cash back on Rakuten for Cyber Monday. Just placed an order for a QLED TV, dishwasher, and 2 32″ TVs to resell (allowed me to get 10% off my whole order by ordering 4 total “appliances”). Lots of great deals to be had.

Edit: Was taken down to 15% shortly after I placed the order.

If you missed out on the “eBay: Samsung Galaxy Note10+ Black 256GB US Model (Unlocked) for $699” deal, there is an EVEN BETTER DEAL if you have an Amazon Prime credit card but to maximize the deal you have to follow these exact instructions: First let’s discuss the benefits: 1. The eBay deal is only for a 256GB Note 10+ but the Amazon deal is for DOUBLE THE SIZE at the maximum of 512GB. 2. The eBay deal costs $699.99 + fees/taxes/etc and the Amazon deal is for $899.99 + taxes BUT you get 20% BACK for a total of $179.99 back to your Amazon account effectively bringing the price down to $720 or only $20.01 more than the eBay deal. 3. The eBay deal has a “2-year protection plan from SquareTrade” for $64.99 and the Amazon deal has an Asurion “Upfront Pay, 2-Year Protection” for $94.99 BUT I’m going to show you how to get that 2 year protection for only 42.99 4. So with the cost of the protection plans added you’re actually coming out ahead on the Amazon deal by 1.99 AND getting TWICE THE STORAGE CAPACITY! $764.98 – eBay 256GB deal (699.99 + 64.99 2 year protection plan) $762.99 – Amazon 512GB deal (899.99 – 179.99 cash back + 42.99 2 year protection plan) 5. The resale value of a used 512GB Note 10+ by itself is around $850 whereas the resale value of a used 256GB Note 10+ by itself is around $680, that’s another $170 in value you’re getting! Think about that when the Note 11+ or 12+ come around and you want to sell it for an upgrade. So to maximize that cash back Amazon deal here is exactly what you want to do: make sure to NOT add anything to the check out EXCEPT for the phone. The reason being is that you’re only getting the 20% back on the phone so you want to wait until you GET that 20% back on the coming statement and use THAT MONEY to buy the protection plan and other goodies like a case, any extra usb-c cables, 45w chargers, sd cards, other stuff in your cart you’ve been saving for later, etc. — SMART RIGHT?! Now most people don’t know this but you can buy a protection plan up to THIRTY DAYS after you make a purchase so you don’t need to buy it right away. Head over to the Asurion store front on Amazon and look for any of the plans that are 42.99 which fit the best description for your phone (You’re actually saving EVEN MORE MONEY because with the $94.99 plan it requires, “A service fee will apply. $49 to repair or $129 to replace your phone.” which the $42.99 plan does not have.) After you get the cash back, add everything to your cart and enjoy your phone and goodies! As a final note, no pun intended, keep your eye on the page especially on Cyber Monday because Amazon seems… Read more »

It has been changing randomly this whole week. I’d assume it will keep doing so through Cyber Monday.
