Bread Financial/Comenity Bank website has been down since June 27, 2022. Unfortunately customers have been unable to login to make payments and other features. Bread Financial/Comenity has responded by stating that late fees will be waived if your due date fell ebtween June 27 – July 2 and if the outage continues the late fee waiver will be extended. In addition miss payments will not affect credit scores.
Due to a customer service outage, we’re waiving late fees for customers whose payment due date fell on or between June 27-July 2, if outages continue so will the late fee waiver. Inability to make a payment will not affect credit scores. You can make a payment by using EasyPay.

Unfortunately cardholders have also reported that their cards aren’t working and payments are not being processed.
