Looked at some flights.
Base fare was $5 round trip, but a “Technology Development Charge (Carrier Fee)” of $43 would be assessed among other fees and baggage costs.
The 40% discount only applies to the base fare, so the net discount was $2 on a $135 ticket.
In the post, it says “LEAP”
