I can’t say that I am surprised that my order was cancelled. But I can’t help but feel like I have been played. Now they have my info and can fire away at me from phone, letters, and email trying to market to me. No way will I be participating in their “oops, we’re sorry, how about 20% off?” deals. No way.

If it feels to good to be true, it probably is. You tried to take advantage, that is the risk you take.

I passed on this one, but this is the part that amuses me:

“For those customers who placed a regular order not tied to this invalid code, we ask that you reorder as we have had to cancel and refund all orders placed during this time period.”

They cancelled ALL orders … because they can’t tell which ones used the code?

This is what gets me too! You want to cancel the order? Fine. But stop spamming me! I got four different marketing emails from this company since my “invalid” order went through. They also have my home address and my cellphone number. I’ve unsubscribed and replied back to each one telling them to delete my info. The only email that hasn’t bounced or gotten a conveniently OOO auto-reply is sue @ californiababy. com. Feel free to use that if you think this is worth any more of your time. Also the way the CEO is handling things in social media is super cringy and condescending. Your company made a mistake, take responsibility and don’t be so smug!

Bummer! This one falls into if its too good to be true category for me, glad it was minimal time wasted. Seems like most of these glitches get refunded instead of honored these days.
