Chase has announced that the Chase dining program will be ending in October:
Starting October 26th, 2025, the Chase Dining℠ storefront in Ultimate Rewards will be decommissioned and Chase cardmembers will no longer be able to redeem points towards pre-paid restaurant reservations or earn 10x points for each $1 spent on Chase Dining purchases.
Chase partnered with Tock in 2020 to power this (10x points was added in 2021) and then American Express purchased Tock in 2024 so not a huge surprise that this is being discontinued.
I am going to miss the 1.5x cashback for a pre-fixe special occasion.
Ain’t gonna miss it
Oh no! …anyway
That’s a shame, I earned like 25k URs using this. Though it was always a bit risky, since normal Tock reservations can be transferred to others whereas ones booked through Chase Dining can’t be, so I was always worried about being SOOL if I got sick before a Chase Dining booking…
It would make sense for them to revisit this and partner with OpenTable.
OpenTable doesn’t have the right caliber of restaurants. Chase Dining worked with prepaid reservations, basically only Tock has those kinds of restaurants.
They’re about as nice if not nicer in my market, it’s mostly regional. I mean this is essentially their new benefit. Half of the places near me prepay e.g. omasake even if Chase doesn’t require it for the credit.
And they’ll reduce the annual fee on Sapphire Reserve by $300 to account for the lost Chase Dining credits, right?
Pretty sure those credits have nothing to do with chase dining. Still usable.
That isn’t tied to Chase Dining, it’s just a curated list of restaurants — you don’t need to reserve via any portals.

Wait… there was a Chase dining? *facepalm*
many churners are too busy to burn coupons. only the elite double dippers have mental capacity to even think about dining program.
Why did they even have it in the fist place? Lol
thought there were CHASE dining stores like airport lounge or CO cafe that I had been missing. online redeeming portal? not missing much last time I checked
