Purchased an Amazon GC on the Amazon Fresh site. The charge posted as “” but was categorized as Grocery Stores. It automatically triggered the offer credit and received 5x UR points on the CSP.

William Charles (American Express deal where you get a free trial and $30 off your first order.). I don’t think this applies any longer since there is no separate sub for Fresh anymore. Amazon folded the service into Prime in December 2019, a move I think they regret when the pandemic hit a few months later 🙂

Earn 25% back on your Amazon Fresh online or Whole Foods Market on Amazon purchase, with a $15.00 back maximum.

I wound up with 20% off Amazon Fresh (up to $12) on CSR.

I did this the last time it came around on my several Chase cards, but the charge came through as Amazon Grocery instead of Amazon Fresh. It took several escalations and several months to get the credit back from Chase as an “exception” no matter how many times I told them I used their provided link and offered to send them my receipt stating that it was an Amazon Fresh purchase.
