Our Verdict

Interesting, I don’t recall seeing Target on Chase/BofA before. Targeted offer, as usual. If you have this on your Freedom card, you should be able to trigger this offer and get 5x back as well by checking out with Paypal since Chase Offers typically work in conjunction with Paypal (despite the terms).
