Not an easy promotion to take advantage of since it requires a large $2,000 purchase. It also might not make sense to use regardless, but something to keep in mind.

Lost my AARP card in my car and haven’t used it since (three weeks) and I was actually targeted for that promotion. So you’re probably correct.

Yeah given the earning rate on this card it still doesn't make much sense to use this promotion unless you're going for platinum status via $75k spend.
