Chase has sent out an survey to some cardholders asking them to rate potential benefits/fees of a new unlaunched premium Aeroplan card. In October they sent out a similar e-mail regarding a premium Southwest card.
These survey’s don’t mean a great deal, sometimes we see them and then never see the product launch although it’s a good indication that something is at least being worked on. I suspect if a card is in the pipeline it would have been worked on before the awful refresh of the Chase Sapphire Reserve and the success of the American Express Platinum refresh.
