Our Verdict
Most people will get much better value by redeeming Chase UR points with Chase travel partners, so I wouldn’t recommend this redemption.

I noticed they were offering more of the Happy line at 10% off a week or two ago (Man and Lady). My quick math said that’s better than redeeming for statement credits, but still no where near maximizing return on a redemption.
Many of the GCs listed can be bought at a discount better than that. Typical yawn alternative.
You mean buying used gift cards?
These are safer than used gift cards, since used gift cards have a higher risk of being drained before you get to use them.
They should have something like amazon for discount which might worth consideration
