The Offer
- United is offering their Chase United Visa Rewards cardholders 1,000 bonus United miles for simply connecting your card in the United MPX app.
To find the offer, open the MPX app (or download the app if you don’t have it already). It might require you to login anew. On the home screen, scroll down to see a tab with ‘United Visa Rewards’ > Enroll Now > Add a United Chase Visa Card.

The Fine Print
- To qualify for the one-time enrollment bonus, you must be a United Chase Visa Cardmember and enroll in United Visa Rewards on the United MileagePlus X app for the first time between January 1, 2019, and March 31, 2019.
- Please allow 5 business days after enrollment for the bonus miles to post to your MileagePlus account.
- Valid for any Chase United personal or business credit card, I believe.
Our Verdict
Easy way to get 1,000 free miles; even if you have no interest in the app itself, it shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes. Again, this is only for United Chase Rewards cardholders.
This is part of a relaunch of the United MPX app. They’ve now added the ability to use the United Shopping portal from within the MPX app, and also they integrated the United card-link dining program from within the app. These enhancements might be useful for some as well.
