Update: As people point out in the comments, this is not new and many people already have the World Elite card.
Citi has sent out an e-mail to some Citi Double Cash cardholders (subject line ‘Coming soon: Your new Citi® Double Cash Mastercard® enhanced with World Elite® benefits’) stating their card will be upgraded to a World Elite Mastercard. World Elite has some additional benefits such as up to $15 in Lyft credit per month.
