Our Verdict
Good deal if you regularly buy from Chewy. We often see these Chewy offers from Amex. Sometimes Chewy has some good sales on as well, so might be worth waiting for one of those.

MileagePlusShopping, AAdvantageEShopping & Swagbucks all posted for giftcard purchase. So far have used MileagePlanShopping for redeeming GC and also paid out.
Can confirm buying a $75 Chewy GC through USAA shopping portal tracked through portal and gave me 2,500 MR on P2’s plat.
Yes, I think the general understanding is that if the link in the Amex offer is [store].com (and not [store].com/amex or something like that), you will be fine going through a portal. I successfully went through a portal on a prior Amex Chewy offer that had the same language and link.
Offer is on my basic ED, no go on BCP or CM.

I got this one P1 & P2, but on weird cards. P2 has it on delta gold only, and P2 has Plat, Gold, Bonoy, Hilton.
I think mine was only on the no AF everyday card
