Our Verdict
This is supposed for new wireless customers, but in the past this has worked for existing customers. Probably worth at least trying if an existing customer, just don’t expect it.

Had a renewed offer that expired on 12/31, make a $60 post paid wireless payment on 12/5 but no credit yet
Not an AT&T customer. Went online, bought $60 headphones from JBL (ANC) on 12/22, charge posted 12/26, items arrived on 12/29, Merchant Offer showed as Redeemed on 12/30 although backdated to 12/26. FWIW, my charge on the bluetooth headset both was pending / posted as ATT COR DF 800 331 0500 TX
I had the offer on multiple cards but was too chicken to do it on more than one, until I knew it worked, and now there’s not enough time to try it again, since the posting date for shipped items is usually several days after transaction date. Maybe I’ll get lucky and my 12/31 offer expiry will get extended.
Also Rakuten had a 5% back on ATT accessories, which also posted quickly.
Not an AT&T customer. Bought $60+ of accessories (chargers) at a corporate store on 12/24. Charge posted 12/25 and now it shows as redeemed 12/28.

I didn’t think I had this previously, but I just checked, and I have the offer now. Will have to get my friend who uses AT&T to make a payment.
If you didn’t use it in Oct-Nov then it renewed for Dec (new exp 12/31) — didn’t find anything worth buying in Oct-Nov even though its a money maker, but went ahead and ordered the $79 Apple AirPods a few days ago and having it shipped

It’s really strange. Mine still is showing ending 11/30/21, but also says 13 days left. So I don’t know how they arrived 13day.
I used the offer for Oct-Nov and received the credit. My account has the offer again by Dec, your comment makes me think it’s the same offer “renewed” for Dec? or it should be a new offer?
If you can save it again then its probably a new offer — usually Citi doesn’t offer back to back offers if you’ve done it recently but if its showing up again then go for it
Bought an accessory at a corp store on Nov 09, still nothing. The transaction was posted as ” WASILLA COTTONWOOD CR CORONA NY,” which is weird, it should be AT&T XXXXX ESTOR something.
I am pretty sure it’s a corp store because it worked with Chase’s AT&T offer.
Updates? I bought from corporate store on Nov11th, but transaction posted as “Oakland Retail etc” with Nov 12th date. Credit hasn’t posted. The sales guy’s hand held mobile device to pay didn’t work, so he went to a register to complete the transaction, so I’m wondering if that’s why the transaction didn’t post as At&t store..
Similar experience here. When it was pending, it was showing as AT&T, but once posted, it is changed to the local store name/city. It was done on a handheld device so register wasn’t the issue.
Did the credit post?
Mine still have not posted and my purchase was posted as Nov 20 date. Now, December coming along, there is this new offer showing up in the account again that expires 12/31 and no sight of the credit at all. My statement date is on the 18th and saw someone mentioned about seeing credit on statement date. Not sure what’s going to happen…

Went to a corp store and bought 4 accessories on Nov 18. Payment split btw 2 cards, $60 on one and $64.28 on the other. Transaction posted as what Alex saw too, a local address of that store. But it does say AT&T in the details even though “appears on your statement as” is not AT&T. Spend category is Services. In the merchant offers section within the app, I can see $100 at&t offer in the Redeemed part – redeemed on Nov 24th. Not an AT&T customer.
Update: So I returned my first order and went to a different corp store to do the exactly same transaction on Nov 26th. I bought an Airpod 3 for $195.96 after tax with two cards and split the payment into $97.96 and $98. Both $100s showed on my cards on Dec 4. In the Merchant Offers page, I only see Your Earnings to Date: $200 but in the Redeemed section is empty which makes me worried. If they take back the credits, I will dispute it. I don’t know why the purchase made in the first store didn’t trigger the offers because the sales did exactly same thing with an handheld device and still showing the store name on the transaction details.
I have this offer on 2 of my cards so I paid $61-62 to my family’s ATT wireless account. $100 credited to each account within 3 days. I then used my dad’s Citi card to do the same thing, still no credit 1 week later. The billing looks exactly the same.

If you have the same ATT offer on different Citi cards, do you know if you can do the offer more than once? I didn’t see anything in the terms that would exclude it, but this is my first time using Citi merchant offers, so I have no idea what to expect 😀
