Citi has sent out a note to CitiBusiness AAdvantage Platinum Select to inform them that
- Gas station purchases will continue to earn 2 miles for every $1 spent
- Gas purchases made at warehouse clubs, discount stores, department stores and convenience stores will earn 1 point for every $1 spent
They made a similar change on the Citi ThankYou Premier earlier in the year. If you’re a new cardholder it looks like you’ll continue to earn the extra 1x miles until your first year anniversary as well.
