The Offer

• Dosh is a loyalty and cash back program, you can read our full review here. They have a referral program which usually gives the referrer and the new member $5 each. Until December 1st, the referrer will receive $15 and the person being referred will receive the standard $5.

Note: In order to be eligible for a Dosh signup bonus, you need to link a card and also receive your first cash back from a purchase (signup bonus cash back does not count).

Our Verdict

I personally hate promotions like this, I much prefer when it’s an increased bonus for signing up for the new user. Dosh recently did this and new users receive $10 + $2. This offer is just better for those doing the referring which is a shame. If you don’t have an account, I’m sure Chuck would appreciate you using his link. I haven’t found Dosh to be very useful (though I haven’t tried it out much either, to be honest). Seems to be basically a shopping portal and a card-link program for restaurants. The portal isn’t useful unless their rates are better than others. And the card-link runs on Empyr –  essentially, you’re choosing them over another provider who uses Empyr. Let us know if I’m missing something.
