Update 3/20/20: Available again with a $15 limit. Normally I’d put a disclaimer about having to go in store due to COVID-19 but Sam’s Club obviously sells essential items as well. Still if you can avoid it/you’re not getting essentials then I’d recommend staying at home to help flatten the curve.

Our Verdict
They’re sending out an email with these offers; I’m not positive if it’s available for everyone, but you can easily check the app to find out. Previously, there was a YMMV offer of between 4 – 10% back, I believe this 5% offer is more widely available, and possibly available for everyone.
The $20 back on new memberships is pretty interesting when used in conjunction with the Amex Offer for $25 back by linking your Amex card with Dosh. After the $25 from Amex and $20 from Dosh, the $45 membership is essentially free. It’s much better than free when stacked with all the other stacks mentioned in our original post.
