The DD franchise owners near me fill the entire cup with ice whenever they have to give out free iced coffee.
Don’t they all.
If they are brewing it properly, that’s exactly how it is suppose to be done. An iced coffee brew (if brewed properly) is more highly-concentrated than a hot coffee brew. The melted ice lowers the cold brew concentration down.
That’s all assuming they are brewing it properly. I don’t know what your local Dunkin store is doing. If they are taking a normal hot brew and adding ice to that… then you definitely would be right to complain, lol.
Less ice is an option available in app and at stores.
Uhh that’s how every store instructs its staff to prepared an iced beverage – fill the cup to the top with ice and let the drink fill in the space in between. Nothing specific to DD, nothing specific to coupons.
