Our Verdict
This is a great deal if you’re referring people, but a terrible deal if you’re the one being referred. TCB frequently offers bonuses for the person being referred, so I’d recommend waiting for those bonuses to come along (e.g they offered $20 when you made a purchase with Raise recently).
I really like Topcashback for the most part (our full review can be found here), if you want to give me a tip of $29 feel free to use my link. But honestly I think you’re better off waiting for an offer that gives you an incentive.
