Ebates is running a promotion for triple cash back for all their in-store cashback merchants. You can view all Ebates in store cashback rates here, some sample rates are: 6% in-store at Saks, Macy’s, BedBath&Beyond, Gap, JCPenney; 8% at Sephora; 9% at Office Depot/Max.
Ebates in-store cashback is a terrific program since typically there aren’t many ways to earn from shopping portals in-store, only online. Using Ebates or any other card link program lets you earn in-store too. Here’s our Complete List of Card-Linked Reward Programs.
Ebates is also running an offer for 10% cashback online at many top retailers. Looks like some nice rates, though, personally, I don’t focus a whole lot when online portals run these kinds of offers since there might be other options which are better. Always compare your options before shopping on Cashbackmonitor or a similar site.
The online deal is today only (12/26). The in-store deals don’t show a clear end date.

For those buying GCs at OD. Be careful. I was shutdown for very little GC buying AND they took away my other credit that was not against the T&C
Agree. It is hardly worth it without the store rebate guarantee. One could go hog wild on the hopes that it tracks with Ebates, only to have it either not track or get the funds clawed back like before.

The email says “Two days only” so I assume today and tomorrow (12/27/18).

Who’s Rakuten? Will this override Chase offers if I link my cards?
I don’t think linking with Ebates will conflict with an offer you have from Chase.
Rakuten owns Ebates. I dont think this will override any chase offer as the chase offers are directly linked to the card.
Bed Bath & Beyond still has the Third Party Gift Cards Rebate, so this would be in addition to that.
Gift cards are excluded from the 6% in-store Ebates deal for BB&B.
I made two $50 GC purchases last week @ BB&B when Ebates in-store was at 4% cb and both tracked, so i’d say YMMV. I used a WF CC and got 15x points as well, after linking their in-store offer. I should note I was under the impression the WF deal gave continual 15x points, but it seems to only apply to a single transaction there
5000 points – I was able to purchase 6 $50 cards, with the Ebates 4% attached to the card, for a net gain of 15% + 4% + 1% – 10% = 10%, as well as submitting them for the BBB rebate (still in progress).
Anyone aware of any promos going on at OD/OM? I thought the last one for Visa is over.
I am not sure if the typical GC promtions that OD runs is still effective or not but if you buy a Visa everywhere card and split the payment across 2 Ink cards then you should still make $15 and also get 5x points.
1) GC Promo expired, 2) ebates does not pay out on GCs any longer

Mine tracked on Visa GC, maximum $10, so you can split payment to 2 cards.
I got $30 through ebates from ODOM last week on GC purchases.
so are you saying if you split the payment across two cards you get 10 $ each in ebates for two cards ? I.e 20 $ in total for a 200$ visa gc purchase ???
So basically the question is… Has anyone purchased GC from OD in store and saw it on Ebates?.. Mind u im asking after I just bought 4 GC:)
I just got notification that I earned $5 at OD. The only thing I’ve bought there in the last couple weeks is Visa GC. I forgot I had my card linked so I wasn’t trying to do it.
According to the offer max was supposed to be $10…however,…
