Wish I hadn’t seen this post. I received the e-card a few days ago and today it shows as $0 balance.
Earlier this month, I purchased a $30 Chipotle eGC for $25 from eBay PPDG. All was good until I tried to use it a few days ago and I found out it only had a balance of 38 cents. I checked the GC balance and saw that $29.62 was used a week earlier (not by me). Since these eGCs only have a 16 digit number and no PIN, they can be easily hacked. I recommend using your Chipotle eGC as soon as you can. I’m working with eBay PPDG to get a refund.

It is a bit of a hassle but you can add this ecard to your app by logging into your account on their website and clicking payment methods, add a gift card.
