Our Verdict
The SimplyCash card offers 1% cashback on ordinary purchases; the added 1% from this offer won’t make it better than a standard 2% card.
The sweet spot here is to rack up spend on office supply and wireless purchases which already gets 5%. Or spend a lot on the 3% category which you selected – restaurants, gas, airfare, hotel, etc. With this bonus offer, you’ll end up with 6% back on office/wireless and 4% back on your selected category. Nice!
