Update 7/18/22: A lot of people got an email to apply for the Blue Business Plus 75,000 offer with a special rsvp link, also with no lifetime language. The same email also has the $750 Blue Business Cash offer.
The Offer
Direct link to offer (keep in mind, this won’t work for everyone. If it says ‘This offer is no longer available.’ you’re not eligible)
- Some people are being offered a sign up bonus of 75,000 points after $15,000 in spend on the American Express Blue Business Plus card.
Card Details
- 2x Membership Rewards points on all purchases for the first $50,000 per calendar year
- 1x Membership Rewards points on all other purchases
- No annual fee
- 0% APR on purchases for first 12 months
Our Verdict
This is bigger than the previous high offer of 60,000 points. This offer is not working for everyone. It also does not have lifetime language. Large spend requirement, but does earn a nice 2x on all purchases.

Hat tip to reader Matt
Just FYI, received an offer today:
You’re Pre-Approved* to Apply for the Blue Business® Plus Credit Card
Earn 50,000 Membership Rewards® Points after spending $15,000 in eligible purchases on the Card within the first 12 months of membership. Get the Card with rewards for doing business your way.
I do not have any other business cards with Amex, but do have a business checking account. I have personal CS Plat, regular Plat, and Gold cards.
I got that today as well. I DO have business checking and business CCs with Amex. Perhaps more interestingly, I am newly in pop-up jail. Have not tested to see if this would be approved.
It looks like the direct link no longer works. Should this be dropped from the best SUB page?
potentially dumb question but can I transfer MR points from this and the recent Amex Biz checking deal to airline partners?
I just applied for this via the email – instant approval. A few minutes prior, signed up for a $200 bonus Kabbage LOC, also instantly approved. A few minutes before that, I got the SW business card via referral from my wife, which will top off her account to get the companion pass. Unfortunately, her Wyndham Earner + application went pending, but a good night
Update: I got both from the same email. Not the best points per spend, but awesome offers for no AF cards with a 12 months free loan on spend lol. (I had a bbplus previously.)
Targetted for this today, maybe a new wave going out
I was surprised to receive this offer. I already have the AmEx Blue, but I applied anyway and was automatically approved. I like it because it’s a lot of points, 0% which I need right now, and even though it’s 15,000 points I have 12 months to do it with 0% interest so no pressure. I can keep working on other lower spend cards in the meanwhile.
I’m not sure I understand what the difference is between this targeted offer link and the one for the Business platinum, that if used and not targeted getting your account closed? This link says if you can see the offer after clicking the link, then you are targeted. Why doesn’t the same apply to the Business Plat?
One possible reason is that the URL text of this 75K BBP is generic (https://www.americanexpress.com/en-us/campaigns/small-business/credit-cards/blue-business-plus/limited-time-offer/index1.html). e.g., sometimes the offer on that page may change, and someone may have the page bookmarked. On the other hand, the 250+10K Biz Plat offer link has a unique identifier in the URL text: https://www.americanexpress.com/us/credit-cards/card-application/apply/business-platinum-charge-card/61303-9-0/#/ (the 61303-9-0 may refer to a specific offer). Clicking on that link after the offer has expired may show a popup modal that saids that the offer is no longer available.
Should I get the Blue Business Plus or Cash? is it better to earn point vs cash?
If you plan to transfer the points to Aeroplan for business class flights or if you have the Schwab card and can transfer at 1.1 cpp go for the points. IMO.
Does “no lifetime language” means that I might be able to open another one in the future?
