Our Verdict
The initial $10 is only for those downloading the app for the first time; that offer we’ve written about before. The subsequent $20 in credits is only for those who never made a purchase with the app before, I believe. Unclear to me if these offers are public (for anyone who is new to the Amazon app) or targeted.

For some reason I was able to see the terms of this offer the first time I clicked but not after. However I messaged customer service and got a $10 promo credit for the app sign-in and was told to come back if I fulfill the terms for second and third credit but don’t receive it.
“Customers must receive notice of the offer directly from Amazon through the Amazon website or email to be eligible. Customers who are forwarded this offer from parties other than Amazon are not eligible for this offer.”
