A lot of us opened an account with the WeBull investing app to get a free stock and try out the app. Many people didn’t even fund their account, just signed up and pocketed the free stock.
WeBull wants to change that. They sent out an email to some/all people who haven’t yet funded their account with the following offer:
- Fund your WeBull account with any amount, no minimum, and get a free stock worth between $3 – $1,000. Offer ends on November 30.
Honestly, I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle of signing up just for the sake of the free stock since you’ll probably get just $4 or maybe $9 from it, but if you already have an account, it could make sense to add some funds and pocket another free stock. Maybe you’ll get lucky and get Google!

Side note: reader Ryan notes that WeBull changed their referral program so that you only get a free stock when you refer 3 new members. The new member still gets a free stock for signing up, but the referrer needs 3 signups until they get a free stock.
