Topcashback is offering 20% back on Dell.com on your first $5,000 in purchases. If you’ve never shopped on Dell.com before, you can get up to $1,000 back from the portal.
We reported a while back on an Amex Offer deal to get 10% back on Dell.com purchases, up to $1,500 in statement credits ($15,000 in spend).
Great time now to make any large Dell purchases you have and lock in the 30% cash back rate. If you’re new to Topcashback, you can use my referral, but there’s currently no bonus for new signups.
Hat tip to @BlakeKrek
Update on this: TCB tracked and is pending. I got the 10% Amex offer confirmation email when I made the purchase on Nov 23rd. Here’s the kicker, Dell delayed processing the transaction, and it just came through on my Amex card on Dec 5th. The amex offer expired Nov 30rd. I think it’s doubtful amex will automatically process the offer. Anyone else experience something like this? Ridiculous that Dell took 2 weeks to process the transaction.
Just a warning, the Dell laptop I purchased 2 years ago is literally the worst made laptop I’ve ever owned. Terrible build quality. Pieces falling off of it, and I barely ever travel, just use it at home. Even with a 30% off discount, I don’t think I’d buy Dell again. Would love to go back to Asus, best made laptop I’ve ever owned!
Has this expired? Only seeing 10% CB at Topcashback.
It looks like Topcashback is now 10% But, ShopAtHome is 15%. Also, if you are a first-time RebatesMe customer, their current offer of 10% is doubled to 20%.
Anyone have any experience with ShopAtHome or RebatesMe? Are these reliable shopping portals?
Ebates still has 15% cashback if you are interested.
Looks to me this will not work. Amex offer is for going thru Dell.com/amex. And TCB offer is if you going thru TCB. So you can only get one of the two. I just realized this after completing the transaction. Amex cash back hasnt posted but normally I get Amex email right away.
I need to take back my comment. Just got an email for Amex that I earned 10% and that statement credit will automatically be applied to your statement if your purchase meets the offer terms.
Hi Raj, how long did it take for the purchase to track on TCB? I took advantage of the 17% on cyber Monday and haven’t seen it track yet.
Seconding this. Bought a laptop that’s going to be here today and haven’t seen any TCB activity yet. Would really love to get $110 back….
Does the AMX 10% cashback work on Dell Business?
DP: I received the Amex Offer email while using the TCB Small Business portal via TCB. I only did it because my order was over the $5K limit for regular Dell portal. If TCB doesn’t pay out on this, I will be filing a judgement on them.
I have used this offer previously when TCB paid out 10% and I had to file a claim to get my money. Also Amex only paid out on 1/2 times I used the offer. The other time I used Giving Assistant was when Amex did not pay out. I have not reached out to Amex to resolve it yet because it was such a small amount and they didn’t debit a return I had to Dell.
Additional DP: My $1100 order tracked, but my $7500 order did not. These guys must have a filter to not pay out on big ones as this is how TCB makes their money.
My $650 order from 11/26 did not post…”lodged” a claim.
I will be using other places next time. On Cyber Monday, I used BeFrugal for 17% and both orders tracked for $450 and $1750
Same. I’ve used them to the tune of about $500 for small purchases and on odd sites that others don’t offer. I should know better though. It does seem like they have a decent record of paying out on claims but that it takes forever.
Hey, I don’t know if you’ll see this but I filed a claim with topcashback on like November 28th, they submitted it to Dell on December 1st, and I just received notification I will receive my cash back in 10 weeks. Looks like 10 weeks from purchase date, so basically in about 2 weeks at this point.
Same here, I wish I didn’t have to always file claims on purchases though.
How is this 30%? I see only 20% on cashback sites
The headline says PLUS AMEX 10%!!
30% back seems like a great deal, you can nab this gaming laptop with great specs for $770 unless I’m mistaken?

You forgot the tax.
If looking for a laptop, Costco has a better model.
that is an extremely vague and unhelpful comment lol
hi! i was looking at the Dell Precision 7730 with 64GB ram, Nvidia Quadro P4200 w/8GB GDDR5 video, 17.3 inch display, Xeon processor, and 2TB NVMe PCIe Class 40 SSD HD. i was wondering if you could point me in the right direction at Costco, as I’d definitely like something a little peppier than this machine
that guy doesnt know what hes talking about. anyone serious about highly specd laptops (esp the Precision) do not go to costco. even dell is questionable but given BF deals, its ur best option besides HP and Best Buy. otherwise, you go to a custom laptop company to build out your personal specifications. otherwise, if ur the 99% of users who only use a laptop for facebook, costco is fine.
and if you want a “peppier” laptop, go to apple.
This worked for me yesterday. 30% cash back plus 3% back in Dells rewards. I purchased a Sony a7iii camera body. I had not realized that Dell sells Roombas, cameras, gaming systems, and other electronics.
never used a cashback portal. How would you stack these, since you have to click thru to Dell from the TopCashBack site, but you also have to use a special URL for the Amex offer.
Do you think it is safe just to click into Dell from TCB, and then enter the dell.com/amex in the URL bar?
There s no special link you need to click for Amex offer. It goes by the actual transaction reported on your card.
