Giant Eagle is running ’12 days of deals’ on e-gift cards. These deals should work for anyone nationwide given that they can be purchased online.
Most of the deals are for bonus fuel points on select cards, useful for those in the Giant Eagle footprint. Here are the discounted gift card deals available today:

- Save $10 on $50 Chili’s e-gift card purchase
- Save $10 on $50 JCPenney e-gift card purchase

Tried checking out via paypal and get an error similar to what others have stated. The error is: “Your payment was not successful. Please return to PayPal and select a different funding source.”
It doesn’t matter which way you pay, never went through.
Note that for me gianteagle.com has always triggered the grocery category bonus. That said, they take paypal too for people who haven’t used up their Freedom allowance yet.
