I did this offer a few hours ago and my order still says “Processing” – anyone have any experience with this?

Same thing happened to me last week. Had to chat with Groupon and finally they just emailed me the voucher.

It’s some fraud protection they’ve implemented, probably because you created a new account. Chat with them to possibly force it through. You’re less likely to experience this if you order on the mobile app.

Does anyone know If I cancel my existing membership which is only has been open for a month, will I get a full refund?
And if I do this offer under different email but the same under the same name it still should go through?

“100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Membership. We’ll refund in full the actual amount you paid for your current annual membership at any time during the membership year if you aren’t satisfied.”

Is there a way to get around the limitation:not valid for those with a current membership or those who were Sam’s Club members less than 6 months prior to 10/15/2019?

+1 I do one of these every year with a different email address, sometimes crossing over if a good deal comes along.

Email address is different, but legal name is the same, When you pick up the physical card in store, have to provide a photo id, no any problems ?

There’s no problem getting membership card, but the e-GC by email never comes. I talked to a phone agent, and he was willing to force a GC shipment — but encountered a hard system block every time. It’s possible that e-GC Offers are a scam. Eventually I got a refund for the amount of the GC, as multiple agents were all unable to provide me a GC in any form.

start a chat with them and they can fix it or you can change your email. i got an error when trying to sign up and had forgotten that i signed up years ago. the rep said that he could “release” the email or i could sign up under a diff email. i was able to activate my membership after he released the email.
