Interesting….but since I rather not make a purchase and don’t have a Hy-Vee in my area/state I combine my shell fuel rewards 5cents off a gal + T-Mobile Tuesdays 25cents off a gal to get 30 cents off each gal of gas. Granted, it is only for Shell gas stations but with my discounts it tends to be even cheaper than Costco gas.

Meijer is selling these cards this week for 10% off $50+. Buy a $500 card, pay $450.

I am not sure if this a deal that you want to post or not, but in my HyVee ad there a deal for Cereal on the last page, 5 Boxes for $10, and 40¢ off per gallon, if you fill up 20 Gallons, that is about $8 in free gas and $2 for 5 boxes of cereal, I think that is pretty good!

Your math is a bit off. You can’t count the $8 twice – either you pay $10 for cereal and get $8 in free gas, or you’re paying full price for gas and getting cereal for a net of $2, but you can’t get both.

Check the health food section too. Husband found protein bars for $1 each that had .10 off gas each, which is worth $2 if you get the full 20 gallons.

Which bars were these? I might have to go buy 100 or so. 😀

Hy-Vee gas max 20 Gallons -=$4.00 benefit. Better offers can be had elsewhere.

Burger King has to run on their registers as credit cards like a Visa CC.

I bought a few Happy Eats card late last year. I used them twice at the self-service kiosk (tablet ordering) at Panera with the last time on Jan. 18, 2019. Both times it went fine.
But on Friday Feb 1, the Happy card was no longer recognized when I swiped it. It also was not recognized at the register.

As an experiment after the line emptied, I bought two bagels and a muffin at the register. The cashier had to change it so that I had to enter the entire Happy card number for the payment to go through. Swiping still did not work.

Not sure if it was a Panera glitch or a Happy card glitch.
I called Happy card’s toll-free number four (4) times that day. I was disconnected all four times when I selected #4 to speak to customer service. Not happy.

I just called Panera, and I was told the Happy gift cards cannot be used at the self-serve kiosks or online orders !!!!

Who wants to wait in the long line to order at the register????

Ridiculous!

What I’ve done is to buy Panera Gift Card at the register, especially when they have bonus gift card.

I called Panera’s main office.

I was told that the Happy cards are *not* useable at the self-serve kiosks (aka tablet) inside the restaurant or for online orders.

Don’t say you haven’t been warned!

I’m guessing that the magnetic stripe went bad on your card. I had this happen on a Happy Guy card. I tried to use my card at Home Depot and the card wasn’t recognized. Too make matters worse, I was told by the cashier that there is no way to manually enter the card number. I have been able to use that card on Home Depot’s website to make purchases.
