The Offer
Check your Ibotta app to find this offer
- Ibotta is offering $50 back when signing up for a Freshly subscription.
Our Verdict
There is an AmEx offer for $15 back when you spend $55+. Ibotta deal also gives you $10 off your first two orders. I think you’re only option would be the 9 meal plan which costs $90. You’d get $50 back from Ibotta and further $15 back from American express. If you can somehow remove the $10 off deal then you could do the 6 meal plan and pay $59.99 and get $65 back. Either lots of really cheap meals, or some free meals and small money maker.
If you don’t already have an Ibotta account you can use my referral link and you’ll get $10 for joining (I’ll also receive $5 and a bonus $15 if I refer three people).

Offer is available again today only.
I did the offer on my android mobile yesterday and did not used any coupons. No tracking yet .
same here.. no cpuons used no tracking 2 days later :/
Same boat here.
Did you ever get your rebate? It’s back today, but I’m not going to sign up if getting the $50 will be a problem.
Did it on my phone, tracked after like 5 min. It ends up being like $55 with shipping and tax tho, but paying $5 for 4 meals isnt too bad i guess
No promos applied automatically, I also didn’t add any just in case I needed to open a ticket
Back again
I’m seeing $10 on my Ibotta.
Same here. I earned $80 from Ibotta in the last six weeks, so I’ll probably get lowball offers for awhile.
Same for me. I average about $20 a month to every other month on Ibotta. Looks like they’re being stingy.
Offer is NOT valid in combination with coupons, promo codes, or discounts, so not a MM.
The Freshly offers I’ve done have been in the $25 range.
$25? How did you do it without any coupon codes? It was $40-ish for me the few times I did it even with a promo code for $15-$20 discount. Wasn’t it $39.17 for you? https://www.doctorofcredit.com/mypoints-swagbucks-get-53-with-freshly-meal-subscription-39-cost/
The promo codes are automatically applied. And ibotta didn’t track..
So it didn’t track and they didn’t pay out even after you opened tickets?
Yep
sorry to hear. maybe ill try it on my laptop with the ibotta plugin instead of on my phone, maybe that’d track better…
Finally got pending credit, five months after purchasing, and for $30 instead of the $10 when I did it
Dosh has a $12 offer for Freshly (I think just for new Freshly customers).
I did the Ibotta deal and was going to cancel after the free food, but I’ve been ordering from Freshly recently due to coronavirus making me not go to grocery stores or restaurants as much. I didn’t use a promo code on my initial order; after that I used code LAUNCH15 for $15 off each of the next 4 orders. Their referral program could also be useful (the referrer & referred person get $20 off each of the next 2 orders).
Some recommendations of Freshly meals that taste good: Herbed Chicken Romesco, Golden Oven-Fried Chicken & Mash, Steak Peppercorn.
Thanks for the tip about the promo code, i just added it!
I also have used freshly a few times. I personally found the steak dishes to be godawful reheated, so i stick to the chicken dishes. Thanks for the tips on those. The 2 i have been ordering that me and p2 love are ”
HOMESTYLE CHICKEN with Butternut Mac & Cheese” and “BUFFALO CHICKEN with Loaded Cauliflower”
I didn’t try using the Dosh offer. But I referred my p2 and switched to using her account. It looks like they reduced the referral offer to each person getting $10 off each of the next 2 orders, but my old referral link still showed the higher offer and we got the higher credits. (As the referrer, I had to manually type in the promo code it gave me, it didn’t seem to automatically apply.)
Another meal with chicken that I like: Sicilian-Style Chicken Parm. Is the Buffalo Chicken spicy?
Yes, it is SLIGHTLY spicy, but not really. Give it a shot.

Overall, not bad for free food. I thought it was pretty good, but can’t justify the price to keep it going
Mine is still pending
Not sure where to comment this, but 5% CB for Uber on iBotta showing up for me.
