Our Verdict
They just recently offered basically the same deal but for May 1st until June 30th, 2017. Keep in mind the sale doesn’t start until the 6th. Cartagena is a really beautiful city if you haven’t been before and InterContinental at 17,500 points a night seems like a good deal (although somebody said it was 12,500 points a night last time so has it gone up in price?).
