Update 5/3/25: 125k offer is ending on May 7, 2025.
Update 3/24/25: New offer and changes are live now
Chase United Business Refresh
Chase is refreshing the United business card. I saw this briefly earlier, but at the time of this writing (11:05am ET 3/18/25) it’s showing the old details again. Presumably it went live early and will come back soon.
- Annual fee increase from $99 to $150.
- $125 united flight credit after 5 flights (instead of $100 credit after 7 flights under the old card)
- The new signup bonus is 125,000 points (instead of the prior offer for 100,000).
- New credits:
- $25 farelock credits
- $100 hotel credit
- $100 rideshare credit
- $50 car rental credit
- $100 JSX credit
- $120 instacart credit
Our Verdict
We don’t have all the details yet, we’ll create a new post with all the details when they come out. Obviously the extra $51 on the annual fee is a bummer, yet overall it might be a net positive if the Instacart credit, rideshare credit, and hotel and car rental credit turn out to be useful. The signup bonus increase from 100k to 125k is a nice bump as well.

Does anyone know if purchasing 5x $100 travel bank will trigger the $125 flight credit?
Any idea how long these new bonuses are going to last? I have a United flight on August first and thinking if I should apply now or try to get a code
Well, I just applied and got a “we’ll be in touch soon” message. No timeframe, but I guess I’ll wait
Anyone got the FA credit?
People on Reddit claim that CSRs see that credit and it will be deposited in 6-8 weeks.. Not in my case.
I’ve got the 125K+ points (that will be deposited on my next statement. One of my charges from Amazon shows 125500 points, but I didn’t see any charge with over 5K points
I’m not adding an authorized user yet (I believe it’s called an “employee card” and not an AU in this business card), to avoid confusing CSRs with two 5K bonuses, but we don’t have much time left…
Regarding perks on this card – I use the Instacart credit on Wegmans which is available for pick-up – so you avoid all fees this way (minus the inflated cost). I stack this with my other cards and I am able to pick up a ton of home goods (soap, toilet paper, paper towels) every month for just a few dollars.
I place separate orders for each and pick them all up at once.
I applied for this in March end (after refresh) and got approved. But then I realized I was within 48 months of my previous united offer by 15 days; so canceled the card. Now, I am past the 48 month window. If I apply again today, is there any known rule that will lead to rejection (due to March approval).
It’s 24 months, no?
Didn’t you check the wording before canceling? I just got approved and I remember seeing 24 Months, otherwise I’m screwed too.
Off the top of my head, everything is 24 months, except the Sapphire cards, which are 48 months.
Oh yeah sorry, I meant 24 months.
both the 125k and 135k offers are set to end today
Instant approval – at 4/24 with 2 Ink’s (1 of which opened 03/25)
applied; went to review
same, in fact first time doing app-o-rama, applied this first because its a business card, but nope! went to review.
Denied! Reasons for denial:
I already called recon and they said they could not move past the too many cards currently open.
Can I request another recon within 30 days of the application if I end up closing and consoldidating the Chase Ink cards down to maybe 1 or two INK ? Idea is not to have another hard inquiry for the recon.
same story anyone got ideas??
I was approved. This was my 3rd try though. I did close out an older INK earlier this year because of similiar reasons.

Another flight attendant code 🙂
Applied and accepted using this code but not sure how I know if it worked or not.
