They honored mine. Ordered a leaf blower and took $25 off. Received a shipping email.
Tried to do a pick up order last night but Lowe’s had cancelled the next day.
“Hi. this is Sam with Lowe’s Home Improvement calling in regards to an internet order that was have for a Google mini.
Unfortunately due to the non-eligible coupon that order has been canceled. Thank You.

Anyway, we’re only management is having us just honor one of those so I’m canceling your other order that your order number ending in XXXX is ready for pick-up. You have seven days to pick it up. And if you have any questions, you can call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Thank you.”
