Anyone know if any of the Meijers in the Chicago suburbs carry the $500 MCGCs? The one I went to today didn’t carry anything above $50 for either VGC or MCGC.

What’s the best way to drain these? Been out of loop of GC game for a while but I am finally now under 5/24 and want to get back in the game. Serve/MO at walmart work ok with these MCs?
Just take the GC out of the package, call the 800 number to set the pin, walk over to Meijer customer service and get the money order. Have $1 bill or second debit card for the MO fee

Consider that I may be wrong. Rye is correct that Meijer sells variable $500 MCs from US Bank. But aren’t those the ones that are easily hacked due to sequential serial numbers? If I’m wrong about that, please correct my comment ASAP.
I was just going to ask this same question. I’ve shied away from Meijer and Mastercards because I thought that was the case. Hopefully someone has better knowledge/
ur not wrong but you have incomplete info. all VGC of any type, MC or Visa can be hacked and have been hacked on a regular basis. Its not just about sequential serial numbers. There are many ways to hack a GC but the most common is the bait and switch where the GC is replaced with a blank or a card copy duplicate where you activate the card and a fucking loser has a copy to drain your card ASAP. The ones over at OD/DM for $200 Visa or MC have been very vulnerable. therefore, you must drain the cards same day. its a race against time after you activate it. some people keep their GC for days. thats a terrible habit.

I’ve drained more than $75k worth of USB MCGC, sometimes waiting weeks to drain then, and I’ve never had a problem. [knocks on wood]
